Products and Customization We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Custom Orders: For custom team uniforms and personalized apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs. Once production begins on a custom order, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery Hipona Sports provides Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds Our return process is governed by our 30-Day Return Policy. Please note that customized items are generally excluded from returns unless a manufacturing defect is present. Refunds will be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
