2. Ordering & Customization

  • Minimum Order: We require a minimum order of 10 uniforms. You are welcome to mix and match styles (e.g., 5 Soccer sets and 5 Volleyball sets) as long as the total quantity is 10 or more.

  • How to Provide Sizes/Details: During checkout, you can input your team information (Sizes, Names, Numbers) in the text box in the cart area. Alternatively, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email with your details.

  • Custom Logos: We offer multiple logo size options. We recommend providing an AI or EPS (Vector) file for the best quality. If you only have a standard image, our design team can help recreate it for a small art fee.

  • Sizing Note: Please refer to our Size Chart carefully. For team orders, we recommend ordering "one size up" if you are between sizes to ensure a comfortable athletic fit.

3. Shipping & Processing

  • Shipping Cost: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Standard orders take 3-5 business days to process. For Custom/Team orders, please allow 7-14 business days for production and quality inspection.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days once dispatched. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your first game to ensure peace of mind.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

4. Payments & Taxes

  • Payment Methods: For your security, Hipona Sports exclusively accepts PayPal. This ensures your financial data is encrypted and protected. You can pay via your PayPal balance or any linked card through the PayPal portal.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery state's regulations.

5. Returns & Quality Care

  • Return Policy: Because our uniforms are customized for your team, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you find any issues.

  • Uniform Care: To preserve the quality of the prints and fabric, always wash inside out in cold water and hang dry. Avoid high-heat tumble drying.

  • Color Matching: While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color tones may occur between different production batches or fabric materials.
